My classes just keep getting harder. I've got assignment after assignment, and I really don't have time to mess around like I want. Ugh. I suppose I'm doing well enough in my classes though (A's and B's) so I can't complain too much. The workload is just overbearing.
Oh, and why is it that parents like to talk so much? My mom calls everyday, and I can't stand it! It's like she expects some huge development in my life everyday. Sometimes, she calls just to complain about my sisters, and doesn't let me get a word in edgewise. Hey mom, newsflash! I'd like to talk too!
Anyway, my rant is over. Back to work :/

It's been a while
Hey everybody, Its been a while since I posted last, hasn't it? I've been really busy with classes all of a sudden. Between papers and the break we had last week, I just haven't gotten back here. Anyway, classes have resumed, as have my posts here, hopefully!
Kurt and I moved back in around the same time, and Kurt's been acting a little strange. I can't really put my finger on it, but there's a weird feeling in the air in our room. I've just been ignoring it, because he's still friendly. But he stares off into space more often than before, and I've caught him glancing in my direction a few times when I'm just reading.
Anybody know what's up?

"Awareness" huh?
Well, college life is slowly falling into place. Classes are going as well as to be expected- boring, monotonous, etc. Italian isn't bad, but its not particularly fun. My photoshop based class is cool, but I learned most of what we're covering now in High School. And chem is hell on earth. I took honors chem in high school and did well, but this class just isn't fair. Way to much work and not enough teaching.
However, my writing course continues to be my most confusing class. Professor Kirie asks us questions about our roommate's habits every class. According to Kirie, we're supposed to be "aware" of our roommate. And then we discuss some form of Social Science. But thanks to the questions, I'm becoming more and more aware of Kurt like he wants. We've become decent friends now, and chat while we're in the room. But thanks to that class, I could tell you his bathroom schedule, when he goes to sleep, when he eats, and everything else. In turn, this sort of being "aware" has brought problems with it too...oh well. Class is in ten minutes. I'll explain later.

Professor Kirie is so weird!
Today was the first meeting of our first-year writing course. It was so weird! Professor Kirie gave us a worksheet to do that was full of questions about out roommate. The questions were kind of awkward, asking about their lifestyle. Like when they go to the bathroom... I don't know when Kurt does that kind of stuff!
Why would they ask those kind of things!?
Well, whatever. I'm taking a nap before my next class. Not looking forward to Italian at all.

The real beginning of college starts now?
So classes start this week...I'm sorta dreading these classes. All I've heard is that college classes are so different from high school ones. I'm starting to freak out. I feel like I'm prepared (I have my books and stuff) but I worried about being called on for something I don't know. You know, like in the movies.
That, and I don't know how to dress! I keep seeing people in sweats around campus, but are sweats acceptable in class? Or are jeans and nicer shirts better? I don't know what to do! Oh, and my hair! It's really long (near my waist) and I don't know what to do with it. I was thinking about cutting it, but I don't want it too short. X(
What to do, what to do...
P.S. Kurt invited me to play a game with him the other night, and we had fun. The awkward silence is gone! Yay!

I think he's mad...
Well, it's been a week now, and me and Kurt have kinda warmed up to one another. We talk enough to be considered friends, I guess, but we don't hang out much. I haven't made too many friends, mainly because all the girls on the floor are party-goers and I'm not. So, I'm hoping to maybe make friends with Kurt.
To that end, Kurt set up his 360 earlier, and brought some friends into the room to play. There were him and two friends, and they were playing MW3. I'm not very fond of Call of Duty, but I wanted to play something since I wasn't allowed to bring my games. He laughed when I asked to play, but still gave me his fourth controller. I jumped right in, and won three games in a row. I think he's mad now, cause he's kinda avoiding me...what should I do?

I can't believe this!
My roommate is a guy! Talk about a completely unforeseen turn of events. Well, I say that, but I should have known a while ago. Apparently my First-year writing course is some sort of social experiment, and we need to live together for it. Classes start in three days, and our first class is the writing one.
Oh, and get this. We have three courses together! I'm never going to be able to outrun this guy...I really hope he doesn't want to try anything. I'd kill him. If he minds his own business, it'll be alright. I mean, it's only for a year, right?
At least we've got the bare essentials for now. Beds (separate), dressers, desks, a microwave, a fridge. He even brought a nicely sized T.V. I wanted to bring mine, along with my games, but my parents said it would take away from studying. As if I'm going to study much anyway. We also put a curtain in the corner for changing. I don't like the idea much, but the stalls in the bathroom are too small, and the showers have no room to move. It seems choices aren't very well liked at college.
Anyway, the guy's name is Kurt. He seems nice and polite so far, and I really hope it's not an act.
Oh! he just unpacked a 360. If he plays a game later, maybe I should school him...
